This Design Manual on ecological solid management facilities to the public, Its production is considered a breakthrough in our advocacy for effective urban environmental management and a culture of environment-responsiveness since the concern on managing waste goes beyond the issue of waste collection and disposal. The waste problem can be overcome with effective SWM system and creating adequate awareness and paticipation amongst our people.
