This study led by Mercy Corps Indonesia, Urban Program, period April-August 2007, location in municipality of North Jakarta, Kecamatan Cilincing, Kelurahan Kalibaru, and Municipality of Central Jakarta, Kecamatan Johar Baru, Kelurahan Kampung Rawa.
The research examined macro and micro-level conditions through; a review of national and regional land law, policy, and administration, and a community level survey and case studies on land use, land market, and land tenure conditions in DKI Jakarta.
